Rolling Dispatch System – Versandlogik

Wir arbeiten mit einem Rolling-Dispatch-System. Bestellungen werden über einen Zeitraum gesammelt; viele Kundinnen und Kunden bauen ihre Bestellungen bewusst auf. Sobald eine Bestellung 6, 9 oder 12 Flaschen erreicht, erfolgt der Versand versandkostenfrei.

Aus diesem Grund werden im Shop keine Versandkosten berechnet. Der Versand erfolgt fortlaufend nach Wareneingang und Erreichen der jeweiligen Versandstufe. Liegt eine Bestellung unter 100 €, senden wir separat einen Zahlungslink für die Versandkosten (7,95 €).

Aufgrund wiederholter Probleme mit verlorenen oder entwendeten Kleinsendungen werden solche Sendungen ausschließlich an Paketshops / Packstationen versendet. Dies erhöht die Zustellsicherheit deutlich.

Falls Sie dies nicht wünschen, können Sie entweder den Versand selbst organisieren oder eine Rückerstattung erhalten.

Rolling Dispatch System – Shipping Logic

We operate a rolling dispatch system. Orders are collected over time, and many customers intentionally build up their orders. Once an order reaches 6, 9, or 12 bottles, it is shipped free of charge.

For this reason, no shipping costs are charged in the shop. Orders are dispatched on a rolling basis as goods arrive and shipping thresholds are reached. If an order remains below €100, a separate payment link for shipping (€7.95) will be provided.

Due to repeated issues with small parcels going missing or being stolen, such shipments are sent exclusively to parcel shops / packing stations. This significantly improves delivery reliability.

If you do not wish to receive a small parcel this way, you may either arrange shipping yourself or request a refund.
