Tentation Rosé von Nathalie Falmet aus dem Jahrgang 2012, eine Cuvée aus Pinot Noir und Pinot Meunier. Dosage 4,5g. Dieser Champagner ist jetzt in einer schönen Lage. Komplexe Nase, kandierte Himbeeren, Kirschen, auch würzige Untertöne, die vom Meunier kommen. Am Gaumen hat er echte Tiefe, zunächst dominiert der Pinot noir mit Frische und Säure, dann tritt der Reservewein und der Meunier mehr in den Vordergrund. Vielschichtig, Himbeeren, Kirschen, Umami, Pilze, schöne Balance. Für mich ist Nathalie Falmet eine Meisterin im Blending.

Tentation Rosé from Nathalie Falmet from the 2012 vintage, a cuvée of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Dosage 4,5g. This champagne is in a beautiful place now. Complex nose, candied raspberries, cherries, also savoury undertones coming from the Meunier. On the palate has real depth, at first the Pinot noir dominates with freshness and acidity, then the reserve wine and the meunier comes more to the fore. Complex, raspberries, cherries, umami, mushrooms, beautiful balance. For me Nathalie Falmet is a master at blending.
