The big mantra of some grower producers is one grape, one site and one vintage. Only so can one truly express the terroir. This is a very burgundian philosophy and this line of thought is predominant in the Côte de Bars or Aube. Practitioners in our sortiment are Vouette et Sorbée, Clandestin and Ruppert-Leroy. Jacquesson, who is not in the Côte de Bar also follow a similiar process.
